Client Relations

Our clients deserve proactive, efficient service and PBD delivers. When you partner with PBD, we immediately assign a dedicated Account Manager and Account Coordinator to your account. The PBD team will provide you with personalized consultation, expert process management and will monitor performance through report analysis.


Account Managers
Think of Account Managers as your internal advocates at PBD. Highly skilled problem solvers, they communicate with all functional areas and develop and analyze monthly detailed reports on your product sales, accounting, inventory and marketing trends.

Account Coordinators
Integral to customer care, Account Coordinators manage daily operations and work in tandem with the Account Managers. These technical experts handle details related to pricing, receipt of product and communication with multiple touch points at client locations.

Communication and Growth
PBD’s track record of client retention is banner. We have exceeded our clients’ expectations by utilizing the following components of customer service:

• Client Surveys – PBD sends bi-annual surveys to all our clients. The direct client feedback is reviewed and used to enhance our performance.

• Reviews – PBD compiles data and reports on our service levels consistently. We send monthly reports and hold quarterly reviews to update our clients on the status of their account at PBD.

• Visits – We believe that interfacing with people is key to great client relations. PBD schedules regular visits with all clients to discuss progress, issues and any recommendations for improvement.
