PBD has four domestic distribution centers and one international distribution center. Our corporate headquarters is just outside of Atlanta in Alpharetta, GA:

• Duluth, GA - 175,000 square feet
• Philadelphia, PA - 25,000 square feet
• Chicago, IL - 105,000 square feet
• Hong Kong - 10,000 square feet
We ship over 4 million packages a year, and process over 2.5 million orders with 30 million units. Our turn-time standard is 24-hours from order receipt. Our distribution center environment focuses on high quality, speed and shipping accuracy. We have a 100% quality check on all orders. PBD’s facilities manage over 150,000 SKUs and 38,000 pallet locations. We have the capacity to grow with our clients!
Alpharetta, GA - Home to our Corporate headquarters, the Alpharetta facility is made up of over 90,000 square feet of warehouse space. Predominantly consisting of faith-based and association clients, the Alpharetta facility is a technological wonder. It is so efficient that it comes as no surprise that we are capable of outputting 6,000 orders on an average day, and at peak season, as many as 11,000 per day.
Duluth, GA – PBD’s responsiveness to client needs over the years has enabled expansion into a second Atlanta-based facility in Duluth, GA. This 175,000 square foot facility is the home of the Georgia School Book Depository. For over 15 years, we have represented a conglomeration of educational publishers serving the state of Georgia educational system. Not to mention, other reputable professional publishing companies that have entrusted PBD with fulfillment and other services.
Philadelphia, PA – Our Pennsylvania facility is strategically located just outside of Philadelphia and convenient to the populous Northeastern US. Housing a mix of faith-based, association, publishing and corporate clients. This facility represents an efficient fulfillment operation at its best. Experienced managers and client services coordinators are on-site to handle the daily needs of our clients and customers.
Chicago, IL – Our newest facility located in a suburb of western Chicago in Bolingbrook, is home to Jones and Bartlett, leading publisher of college textbooks. This state-of-the-art PBD facility has capacity for expansion and management with the can-do attitude to make it happen.
Hong Kong – PBD Worldwide reaches 18 Asia-Pacific countries everyday like they were in our own back yard. This capability has proven beneficial for multiple PBD clients and is a catalyst that will enable other clients to expand to the world.
