PBD SmartReports

PBD has over 300 reports available providing information on sales, order activity, marketing codes/initiatives, and inventory/order processing statistics. Reports can be emailed, posted to SFTP, shipped to you via hard copy, or posted as an extract.  Your company also has the ability to take advantage of business intelligence with PBD SmartReports. 

PBD SmartReports is a robust business intelligence environment enabling clients to quickly and easily analyze their data, resulting in more timely and effective business decisions. SmartReports is powered by QlikView, a proven solution for powerful data analysis across all skill levels. PBD SmartReports empowers users to run a wide variety of reports, starting with high-level summary reports and allowing them to “drill down” into more detail-oriented reporting. Key Performance Indicator reports and a visual sales dashboard provide management with a broad overview of YTD performance; while action oriented reports such as “Items Below Reorder Point” greatly simplify many day-to-day activities. Marketing can easily generate strategic lists of email addresses for e-mail marketing campaigns. Two applications are included with PBD SmartReports to help you answer these questions: Sales Analysis and Inventory Analysis. The Sales application provides historical views of sales and customer data, including RFM scoring and forecasting reports to estimate future sales. The Inventory application focuses more on inventory and receipt tracking which helps clients ensure cost effective stock levels. Utilizing SmartReports you can forecast how many weeks of stock you have by item and coupled with your knowledge of replenishment lead time, you can ensure you are not over or under stocked. This ensures cash flow is maximized.
