PBD Worldwide Announces 2015 Top Performer Award Winners

The Lombardi Award is the organization’s most coveted award and is given annually to the PBD team member who made the most outstanding contribution to PBD’s success and best displays the essence of Vince Lombardi’s famous coaching and motivational abilities.

Lombardi has been a long-time influence behind several principles and philosophies embraced by PBD Worldwide. Named ‘Coach of the Century’ by ESPN, Vince Lombardi is remembered for his dedication, his infectious enthusiasm and his unforgettable quotes. Vince helped the men he coached succeed to the furthest of their abilities. He brought them pride and victory, and his legacy of perseverance, hard work and dedication has made him one of the most admired and well respected coaches in history.

Since joining the team in 2000, Lisa has continued to make exceptional contributions to PBD’s success year after year while being a strong representative of PBD’s core values.

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Operations, Lisa is responsible for the operations and management of PBD’s distribution centers, client services team, contact center and human resources team. In 2015, Lisa led many operational transitions and improvements to PBD’s operations across all facilities. She has continued to lead initiatives in the investment of PBD’s employees including making healthy snacks available to all PBD employees as well as high levels of employee retention and employee satisfaction.

In addition to the Lombardi Award, PBD recognized their top performers in six new award categories for 2015. Congratulations to these team members for their outstanding performance in 2015.
