Chief Relationship Officer
As Chief Relationship Officer, Brion Zaeh is responsible for providing a comprehensive and authoritative view of the client. This role includes creating and communicating corporate strategies at the highest level of the company to maximize customer acquisition and retention. Brion joined the PBD team in 1994 as a member of our customer service team, providing a solid foundation for learning PBD's business and embracing our culture of servant leadership.
Brion graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. He is a two-time winner of PBD's Leadership Award and was recognized as PBD's 2012 Lombardi Award Winner, the annual award given to the Leadership Team member who made the most outstanding contribution to PBD's success and best displays the essence of Vince Lombardi's famous coaching and motivational abilities.
Brion has been heavily involved in the Association Publishing, Educational and Faith Based industries the last 17 years. He is an active fundraiser for the American Diabetes Association, Arthritis Foundation and March of Dimes, as well as an active member of the American Society of Association Executives since 2001.
Brion resides in Suwanee, Georgia, with his wife and three children. He enjoys coaching youth basketball, as well as kayaking and fishing with his family.
