Senior Vice President
Greg Dockter joined the PBD team in 1994 and has worked in a number of different departments within PBD including Operations, Client Services and Sales and Marketing. As Senior Vice President, Greg’s focus has been on relationships within key marketplaces and clients. Since taking this role in 2000, PBD has grown from two distribution centers in Atlanta to a nationwide footprint of five facilities throughout the U.S. Key to this growth was Greg working with major publishers looking to outsource internal operations or move from their current provider. Greg has also been an instrumental force in PBD’s marketing efforts including the launch of PBD’s first website, the rebranding of the company's marketing communications over the last decade and initial social media efforts. Greg headed the release and communication of PBD CEO's "No Email Friday" policy which was featured on NBC's Today Show, The Wall Street Journal and ABC News.
Greg graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and received his Management Certification from the University of Michigan. Greg is active in raising money for the March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Arthritis Foundation, United Healthcare Children’s Foundation, American Diabetes Association, LightHouse Retreats, Rally Foundation and Heifer International.
Outside of the office, Greg enjoys tennis with his teaching pro, exercising, international personal travel and watching his son Drew, a rising athlete in the Lambert High School district of Atlanta, play a number of sports.
