Customer Service Project Manager
Angie Gunter joined the team in 1999. As PBD's Customer Service Project Manager, Angie is responsible for reporting (daily, weekly & monthly), ensuring the CSR's meet their service level agreements for each of our clients, scheduling, and maintaining adequate coverage on each of our accounts. Before taking on this role, Angie held several positions within PBD, including CSR, Customer Service Team Lead, Inventory Control Specialist and Reporting Specialist.
Angie's previous job experiences as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Phlebotomist certainly helped prepare her for her position at PBD. She has said that nothing can teach patience and how to provide genuine, compassionate service like dealing with sick and elderly patients. During her tenure at PBD, she has earned the Employee of the Month and Quarter several times. Recently, Angie was awarded the 2016 Employee of the Year.
Angie supports the Humane Society of Forsyth County and spends time visiting and giving the animals love on the weekends. One of her dogs, Meadow, is a rescue. Angie lives in Gainesville, GA, with her daughter, Taylor and two dogs, Mason and Meadow. Her oldest daughter, Autumn, also works at PBD. She enjoys spending every free moment with both of her girls just hanging out or shopping.
